Ever added Old Bay seasoning? I just do low-fat mayo (I have never like Miracle Whip) and Old Bay (to taste) mixed together and topped on Wheat Bread. Sometimes for a change, I'll grill the tuna (using my recipe) by spreading on Smart Balance Spread (no trans fat and tastes like butter) and using piece of cheese as "the glue". Your recipe sounds pretty good too.
