“Oh yeah, with nunchuks…”
David August is a friend of mine through his sister, who shall remain unnamed since she works for a shadowy organization that makes the gang on “Alias” look tame. David is also the guy who talked me into getting an iPhone, even though I was originally planning to wait until a 3G model came out. He’s also a co-conspirator on two silly websites called Ancient Art of Love (for incurable romantics) and Ancient Art of Driving (for people suffering from road rage).
Unfortunately, unlike his acting career, those websites never took off.
That said, he’s landed a role on a TV pilot called “Ghost Town”, which is all about some meddling kids who always seem to get by on a sleazy investigative reporter played by D-Auggy himself.
The fact that they bust on his sweater is priceless… and what’s with the scarf? He’s one step away from sporting a neckerchief like Fred on “Scooby Doo”
